WholeSale Shipping Policy

Full payment is required at the time of order booking for wholesale purchases.

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of order placement.

Shipping takes approximately 5–7 business days from the date of order processing.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale orders is 500 pieces.

Shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the order.

Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email to track the status of their shipment.

We offer international shipping for wholesale orders. However, additional customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred.

In the rare event that a shipment is damaged or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Wholesale orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the items are damaged or defective upon receipt. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if there are any issues with your shipment.

Wholesale orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and payment has been made. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
